The Hot Stones Energy Therapy session helps you release toxins, stress and tension in your body and allows for healing of the mental, emotional and spiritual bodies.

The Stones I use are basalt stones, remnants from the volcanic ages which contain minerals gathered from the bottom of rivers and streams.  They have been smoothed by the flow of water resulting in their natural soft hape, which feels so loving on the body.

Hot Stone Therapy is has been used in healing ceremonies, sweat lodges and for other healing purposes by our Native Indians, the Russians, Japanese and other nationalities around the world.  A total pampering of the body, it can be very beneficial for people suffering from arthritis, fibromyalgia, muscle aches and pain as well as trauma, emotional and mental pain.

The massage includes laying of stones, massaging with stones and hands and naturally includes energy healing using both Reiki and the angelic healing of Integrated Energy Therapy (IET).  I am often guided to also include crystals and may also include essential oils.  Please let me know if you have any sensitivities or allergies.
